American River Parkway Foundation is happy to have businesses and parkway
stakeholders utilize our Conference Room. The conference room is in ARPF
Volunteer Center (pictured above) located in Carmichael, just before the entrance
to the William B. Pond Recreation Area. The address is:

The conference room can accommodate the following: |

20 people sitting around the conference table, |

70 individuals standing, and

|

40 in a classroom setting. |
The Foundation does have a
very nominal fee structure. If
you are interested in hosting a
meeting at the Parkway Foundation’s
Conference Room please

application and email or mail to
our office. Once we receive the
completed application we will
contact you.
Hours. The Volunteer Center is open to
the public
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm (PT).
The conference room may be rented out of
these hours if prior arrangements have been
made.
Parking. Street parking adjacent to
the building is available.
