Membership. Join the American River Parkway Foundation (ARPF) today and start taking advantage of the myriad of benefits we have for Foundation members, from complimentary parking passes to Gregory Kundos prints.

Circles of Giving (click here to learn more). Circles of Giving are a way for passionate individuals to let their voices be heard in making changes to a worthy cause.  We invite 100 members each year to take part and help strengthen their love on the parkway by distributing grant dollars within their circle. Your chosen Circle of Giving can decide how you want to direct your donated and grant money by leveraging your resources, thereby having a larger impact on making changes within the parkway.

Planned Giving. Many loyal supporters of the Foundation choose to honor the Parkway and enhance their communities with legacy gifts.  Whether your intentions are to eliminate taxes, benefit from an increased income stream or make provisions for an organization that is meaningful to you in your estate plans, there is a gift to every objective.

Outright Gifts. Gifts to the Parkway Foundation are gratefully received at any time and are often fully tax deductible.  These gifts support operations and may be given in honor or in tribute to loved ones. Fundraising Events.  Fun should always be a part of fundraising!  Each year, the Foundation toasts its mission and its donors with three fundraising events:  The Parkway Half Marathon in May, REX Ride in June and the infamous Down River Day in August.  The Foundation also holds two river clean-ups during the year.  These events are designed to generate revenue but, just as important they introduce the Foundation to new friends.

Corporate Sponsorships. Show the community and the eight million parkway visitors from around the world you support our community and the environment by sponsoring an event, a mile or a clean up on the 23 mile Parkway. There are a variety of ways that we proudly acknowledge your support that are highly visible to the nearly 8 million visitors annually.
