American River Parkway Foundation (ARPF) Down River Day

Join us for Down River Day Saturday, August 2, 2008

The American River Parkway Foundation (ARPF) Down River Day (August 2nd) is in it’s 24th year and is the main fundraising event for the Parkway Foundation.

Each year 40 plus corporations sponsor a raft and enjoy the ride from American River Raft Rental, at Sunrise down to River Bend Park, formerly Goethe.  After the raft ride, participants enjoy a wonderful catered meal and live entertainment.  A silent auction is also part of the evening activities with many fabulous items such as weekend get-a-ways, golf foursomes and fly fishing expeditions.
