Volunteers from the Unitarian Universalist Society of SacramentoThank you for your interest in the American River Parkway Foundation. 

The American River Parkway Foundation is a publicly supported 501 (c) (3) not for profit agency, which each year coordinates the efforts of hundreds of volunteers who contribute thousands of work hours to maintaining and improving the Parkway.  Click here to learn more about the ARPF Volunteer Programs.

How to Volunteer.  The ARPF has need of volunteers in many different capacities including, event coordination, clean ups, plant removal and restoration, fundraising, outreach and office support.  Click here to complete an online Volunteer Interest Registration form.

Volunteer Forms

The following forms must be completed in order to be an ARPF volunteer (mile stewards, oak grove stewards, frequent work group volunteers):

Volunteer Application
2010 Annual Waiver of Liability(1) OR,
Individual Event Waiver of Liability(2)
Youth Waiver of Liability(if under the age of 18).
Minors must be 14 years of age to participate without a guardian.

NOTES:
1. The 2010 Annual Waiver of Liability should be completed by those who don’t wish to fill out a waiver of liability each time they participate in an ARPF activity.  This waiver must be submitted with an original signature, and will be kept on file until December 31st, 2010.

2. The Individual Event Waiver of Liability should be used by any individual participating in fewer work groups per year.  This waiver is kept on file for a shorter duration and only pertains to a specific day.  This waiver must be completed at each event by anyone who has not completed and filed the 2010 Annual waiver.
